The Company's primary project is the Vatukoula Gold Mine in Fiji. The Company's portfolio also comprises diamond exploration projects in Sierra Leone and a gold exploration project Brazil. The exploration sites in order of development are Vatukoula (Fiji), Panguma (Sierra Leone), and Rio Novo (Brazil).

The Company owns the mining rights and associated assets of the Vatukoula Gold Mine.

There are currently 3 operating shafts and a decline, plus over 450km of underground drives
Vatukoula has an operational history, of over 70 years and has excellent infrastructure
VGM is currently ramping up production working to increase rates to a target of 2,000 ounces of gold per week (110,000 ounces of gold per year).
